Overview
Yidovî-shëje Fêqê was founded durring the early 11th century, by Lorraine Zlkèdo. The establishment of Yidovî-shëje Fêqê was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Lorraine Zlkèdo struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Yidovî-shëje Fêqê as a prison colony.
Yidovî-shëje Fêqê was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the early 11th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Yidovî-shëje Fêqê is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature stone brick construction with most buildings posessing towers, turrets, dormers, and wide wrap-around porches. An extreem emphasis on decorative features and emblishments can be seen even on the poorest of homes and makes even the most humble of structures seem a bit regal.
Yidovî-shëje Fêqê is buildings are arranged within a network of crampt baked earthen streets which form a rectangular grid, where each block verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller block has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town emploies a series of defencive earthworks and fences to provide minimal protection against wild beasts and smaller groups of intelegent foes. Astonishigly, the somewhat suffishent are in pristine condishion, as if they had just been finished before you laied eyes upon them.
A look around Yidovî-shëje Fêqê gives you an uneasy feeling. Everything is just a little too worn down, a little too dirty, or both. No one makes eye contact. Kids play quietly, but happily. Occasionally a passerby glances at you out of the corner of their eye, staring just long enough for it to be uncomfortable. A second look around Yidovî-shëje Fêqê makes it abundantly clear the town suffered something horrible some time ago. It's as if the town itself is depressed. Smiles are few, cheer is nowhere to be had.

Cultural Notes
The locals are convinced that there is some terrible threat against them working from within their society. It may be a matter of dark sorcerers, foreign spies, traitorous neighbors, shape shifting monsters, or some other hidden evil. This evil may be a recent fear, or it may be an inherited peril they’ve always had to guard against. The danger itself may or may not exist, or if it exists it may not justify the steps being taken.
Yidovî-shëje Fêqê's mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is famous for its stately symmetry, classical elements, and grand appearance. Columns and pillars, such as Corinthian columns, are often seen supporting open structures or porticos. Symmetry is an important feature of this style, with each half of a building mirroring the other. Domed ceilings and windows grace these buildings, with everything placed in a mathematical arrangement.
